Wednesday 5/11: Current(ish) Events: Middle East Protests
We focused on the first two major uprisings of this year: Tunisia and Egypt. We viewed and listened to Spreading Revolution in Tunisia and Egypt from the NYT. Along the way we discussed what we were hearing and seeing. We also watched the video "Egypt's Upheaval Inspires New Protests."

Monday 5/9: We discussed the term "Middle East" and reviewed our understanding of 2D maps.
