If you have a mac at home with GarageBand installed, and you want to record your TIB and Bio at home, here's how:

1. Open GarageBand and click File--New.  

2. Select Podcast, and click Choose.

3. Name your podcast "your name 407 TIB" and click Create.

4. Under Tracks, click on either the male or female voice track, and then click the red circle to begin recording.  

5. Once you have finished recording, you need to finalize the file into an MP3.  Here's how: 

6. In GarageBand, click Share--> Export Podcast to Disk.

7. Choose MP3, and Spoken Podcast, then click Export. 

8. Click Continue

9. Make sure the file is named appropriately, then save it to your desktop so it's easy to find.  Click Save. 

10. Email the mp3 file AND your TIB word document and bio to wapfel@bankstreet.edu

11. That's it!  :D
