Pampa (or pampas), (from Ode to Salt) are extensive treeless plains in South America.  I like the word pampa because it sounds interesting and cool when you say it. To me it sort of sounds like the name of a tropical fruit, like a mix between mango and papaya.

Mocha, is a good quality coffee with chocolate.  I think it's cool to say, and it also doesn't sound like it's spelled.  It's not pronounced Mow-cha, it's pronounced Mow-ka.  Also, it's pretty good!!! :) 

Tinkling, (from Keeping Corner, page 36).  I like the word tinkling because it reminds me almost of rain, and is fun to say when you break it down into syllables: Tin-ka-ling, or like tink-ling.  Sentence: The raindrops are tinkling on the roof of my house.

Sierra, (my mountain related word), is something that to me sounds really cool to say. It means “a group of mountains with a rugged edge top.”  It is fun to say really slowly like seeeeeeeeeeee-eerrrr-aaaa, or it’s also kind of fun to say it just breaking up the syllables.  See-era! I also like how it’s spelled s-i-e-r-r-a, it just looks cool.

Arachibutyrophobia, (one of my new favorite words), is a word that I think is pretty awesome.  This word literally means the fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth.  It is a phobia, that has been used in a peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Shultz* .  I can not find this word in a dictionary, but, I can find the definition online.
