Analysis:
- Based on this lab, how would increased levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere affect the temperature of the atmosphere?
- You told Uncle Al about this experiment because he always wants to know what you are doing in science class. He started laughing so hard that Aunt Ethel had to pat him on the back and give him a drink of water. When he was able to speak again he said, “You couldn’t be right. If carbon dioxide is a gas, it wouldn’t just stay in the bottle. You told me all about the movement of gases. You can’t have it both ways. If gases move why would the carbon dioxide just stay in the bottle?
Is Uncle Al right?
